Fadia’s role in the Customer Care department is to be the first line of support for many of the questions and concerns that the breadth and complexity of our business sometimes cause. Since Fadia loves talking with customers, with her broad knowledge of our products and services she solves most of the problems that arises. The few problems she cannot solve herself, she passes on to a dedicated specialist role within the organization.
